What should I do if the ring size is not suitable?

If the ring size is not suitable, please contact us within 7 days from the day you receive the product (late requests will not be accepted). The product cannot be returned, only exchange for the existing size is accepted. All products that are resized must maintain the integrity of the main product, inner and outer packaging, accessories, gifts, etc., and must not be missing, damaged or have signs of being worn. If any accessories are missing or damaged, they will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding. The round-trip shipping costs incurred for the exchange shall be borne by the customer. We use 925 sterling silver and electroplate a thick layer of platinum on the surface to provide anti-oxidation and anti-sensitivity effects.
