    White on jewelry series includes a 90-day maintenance service, which only covers loose clasps, broken chains, zircon and natural stone falling off (lost natural stones and accessories are not included in the maintenance service and require additional fees.)

    • If the ring size is not suitable, please contact us within 7 days from the day you receive the product (late requests will not be accepted). The product cannot be returned, only exchange for the existing size is accepted.

    • All products that are resized must maintain the integrity of the main product, inner and outer packaging, accessories, gifts, etc., and must not be missing, damaged or have signs of being worn. If any accessories are missing or damaged, they will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
