All orders are subject to stock availability and price confirmation. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. This Site is for personal use only. Customers may not purchase products for resale or business development purposes.

6. Disclaimer
Descriptions related to crystal effects, Feng Shui, Chinese zodiac, and astrology on this Site are not based on scientific evidence and are for reference only.

6A. Product Descriptions
White On strives to ensure that the content and product descriptions on this Site are accurate and complete. However, we do not guarantee that all content or product descriptions are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. As each natural stone product is unique, appearances may vary. We will randomly select items for photography and strive to maintain consistency, but customers cannot select individual pieces.

6B. Natural Flaws
As natural stones, each bead varies in color and clarity, and may exhibit natural flaws such as ice cracks, cotton inclusions, size differences, mineral defects, black spots, flat surfaces, or impurities. We will pre-select the best beads before production, but customers cannot select individual beads or strands.

6C. Bead Size Variation
There may be slight size variations in each batch of beads, typically within 0.1-0.5mm.

6D. Style Adjustments
Due to handmade production and to fit wrist sizes, we may make minor adjustments (such as adding or removing beads) to the design. If the changes are minor, we will not notify you in advance.

6E. Color Difference
We strive to present products as accurately as possible in photos. However, due to lighting and screen differences, there may be slight color variations between images and actual products.

6F. Custom Products
We will produce custom products according to the agreed design at the time of order. Upon completion, we will send photos for your confirmation. Any minor changes must be requested immediately. Once the design is confirmed, no further modifications can be made.

7. Pricing
All prices on this Site are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Unless there is an obvious error, your order acceptance means you agree to pay the displayed price. We strive to ensure all prices are accurate but cannot guarantee the absence of errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors. If a pricing error is discovered for any ordered product, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as canceled.

If your credit/debit card is not denominated in HKD, the final charge will be calculated in your account currency by your issuing bank based on the exchange rate applicable on the day of transaction processing.

8. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, PayMe, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, FPS, Octopus, and bank transfer.

By using the above payment methods, you confirm that you are the cardholder or have been authorized by the cardholder. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to White On, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery.

9. Order Acceptance
After you enter your personal and payment information and submit your order, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once we send you an email confirming shipment. White On reserves the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • The product is out of stock;
  • The product does not meet our quality standards;
  • The item is withdrawn due to delivery restrictions;
  • Pricing or product description errors;
  • Failure to obtain payment authorization;
  • Failure to meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.
