Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping is available via SF Express only and applies to the following countries and regions:
- Hong Kong & Macau: Free shipping on orders over HKD $400
- Taiwan: Free shipping on orders over TWD $1,500
- China, Singapore, Malaysia & South Korea: Free shipping on orders over HKD $2,000
For orders below the minimum amount, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Shipping for Orders to Hong Kong, Macau, China & Taiwan
We currently use SF Express for deliveries to Hong Kong, Macau, China, and Taiwan. A flat shipping fee will be charged in HKD as follows:
- Hong Kong : HKD $30
- Macau HKD $40
- Taiwan: HKD $55
- China: HKD $80
Shipping for Overseas Orders
We currently use SF Express International for overseas orders. A flat shipping fee will be charged in HKD as follows:
- Singapore, Malaysia & South Korea: HKD $120
- Japan: HKD $200
- Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: HKD $300
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance delays or remote area deliveries. Actual delivery times are subject to the logistics provider.
- Hong Kong & Macau: About 1–3 days
- China & Taiwan: About 2–7 days
- Overseas: About 7–14 days
SF Express (Taiwan) Pickup Methods:
According to the Taiwan Ministry of Finance Customs Administration, from January 16, 2019, recipients must complete real-name authentication before overseas parcels can be delivered in Taiwan.

Convenience Store Pickup: Please provide the "store code + address + store name" and the recipient's correct mobile phone number.
Please Note:
7-Eleven/OK convenience stores cooperate with SF Express but are not subsidiaries. Therefore, stores may limit the number of SF Express parcels they accept. For example, if a store allows a maximum of 10 SF parcels and the quota is full, your parcel will be queued for delivery to the store. SF Express staff may contact you to arrange pickup at another SF Express location if needed.
SF Express convenience stores and smart lockers have size limitations and may require longer waiting times.
Additional Charges:
Any return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or extra storage fees for overdue pickups must be paid by the customer or recipient.
Duties and Taxes:
All products shipped outside Hong Kong may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country/region. These charges are not included in the product price.
The purchaser is the registered importer in the destination country and is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
White On has no control over these additional charges and will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred in the destination country/region.
