Return and Exchange Policy
All purchases from White On are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you receive an item in the wrong size, a damaged item, or an incorrect item, please contact us or visit our store within 7 days from the date you receive your order (requests submitted after this period will not be accepted). Please provide photos as proof. Please note that refunds or exchanges for different styles are not available.
All items for exchange must be returned with the main product, original packaging (both inner and outer), accessories, and any gifts in complete, undamaged, and unused condition. Items with missing accessories, damages, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

The shipping costs for size exchanges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
