Natural stone maintenance and precautions

• Natural stones may have flaws such as ice cracks, cotton wool, mineral defects, black spots and impurities, which are normal. We have carefully selected natural stones with good appearance to make jewelry.
• Each natural stone has a unique shape, texture and color, so no two are exactly the same.
• Avoid wearing it while sleeping or exercising.
• Avoid prolonged contact with water or chemicals such as cosmetics, perfumes, lotions and detergents, which can easily cause damage and discoloration or corrosion of natural stone.
• Avoid strong pulling and collision . Improper use can easily cause damage, resulting in cracks or damage to the natural stone .
• Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures, as high temperatures can easily cause the color and luster of natural stone to become dull.

How to care for your jewelry?

• Precious metal jewelry is easily affected by air, humid environment, sweat, cosmetics and other chemicals, which can cause oxidation and discoloration. It is recommended to clean the surface regularly with a silver polishing cloth to restore the luster and store it in a jewelry bag or jewelry box, or in a sealed bag.
• Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature, and store in a dry environment.
• Avoid prolonged contact with water or chemicals such as cosmetics, perfumes, lotions and detergents, as these can easily cause damage and discoloration or corrosion of precious metal jewelry.
• Avoid wearing it while sleeping or exercising.
• Avoid strong pulling and collision. Improper use may easily cause the jewelry to deform, break or be damaged.

How to find your wrist size?

We will make the bracelet based on the wrist size you provide in your order. Please follow the methods below to measure your wrist size.

Choose your actual wrist size—there's no need to add extra for loose. If you prefer a looser or tighter fit, please leave a note when placing your order.

Method 1 - Use a flexible measuring tape
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. (See example picture.)

Method 2 - Use a string
Wrap a string or a piece of paper around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Mark where the ends meet with a pen or marker. Then, lay the string or paper flat and measure the length with a ruler.

We will provide this exquisite gift box according to the items you choose. Each gift box can hold up to 2 pieces of jewelry. If you need more boxes, please contact us to purchase additional boxes. For example: if you buy 2 pieces of jewelry, only 1 gift box will be provided.

According to the Taiwan Ministry of Finance Customs Administration, from January 16, 2019, recipients must complete real-name authentication before overseas parcels can be delivered to Taiwan.

• Home Delivery: Please fill in the full delivery address.
• Convenience Store Pickup: Please provide the store code, address, and name, and ensure your mobile number is correct.

Additional Fees
