WHITE ON Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at WHITE ON. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order. By confirming your order, you agree to and accept this policy:

1.  Return & Refund Policy

All items purchased from WHITE ON are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2.  Exchange Eligibility

We accept item exchanges under the following circumstances only (limited to ONE exchange per order):

  • Incorrect Size (applicable to unworn items with all original tags and packaging intact only).
  • Damaged Items
  • Incorrect Item Delivered

3.  Exchange Procedure & Time Limit

  • Time Limit: Exchange requests must be submitted or handled in-store within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the courier's delivery tracking record). Late requests will not be accepted.
  • How to Apply: Please contact us first and provide relevant photos/videos of the item as proof.
  • Item Condition: Items must be kept in their original, brand-new condition. Exchange requests will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of wear, usage, washing, alterations, or man-made damage.

4.  Value & Price Difference

  • Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, the customer must pay the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-value item, no refund will be provided for the balance.

5.  Shipping Fee Policy

  • Exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size): If you are unable to visit our store in person, the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping fees incurred during the exchange.
  • Exchanges due to our error (e.g., damaged items or incorrect delivery): WHITE ON will fully bear the round-trip shipping fees for exchanges confirmed to be caused by our error.
