Beaded Jewelry Maintenance Service

1. To use the warranty service, you must be a White on member or present a valid receipt. If you fail to present proof of purchase, we have the right to refuse to provide warranty service.

2. All purchases of White on bracelets (elastic cord style) include free replacement of elastic cord and cleaning of metal accessories once within one year.

3. Free maintenance service does not include bracelets (lobster clasp style), crystal ornaments, earrings, necklaces, rings. In addition, it cannot be used to modify the style or size (add/subtract beads); replace or cancel crystals, precious metal accessories, etc. Any changes will be charged extra and we have the right to refuse maintenance and repairs.

4. Maintenance and repair services will not be provided for products that are not purchased from our store or for styles that have been altered by our own (i.e. non-original styles).

5. The free warranty service is only applicable to purchases made on the official website or in-store, and is not applicable to orders purchased on other platforms.

6. If accessories are lost or need to be replaced, fees will be charged according to the situation. Please contact us for a quote on the actual price.

7. The free maintenance service is calculated for one year from the date of order placement. Customers are required to bear the round-trip shipping costs. Before using this service, you must first show us your order record, receipt or membership information as proof.

8. If the elastic cord needs to be replaced or the metal parts need to be cleaned after one year of maintenance, a fee of HK$70 will be charged (replacement cord $30 and cleaning $40).

9. These Terms of Service may be modified or updated from time to time, and the latest version at that time shall prevail. White on reserves the right of final decision.
