EZWAY Registration Matters

In accordance with the announcement of the Ministry of Finance of Taiwan, starting from January 16, 2019, recipients of overseas parcels should complete the real-name authentication before entering Taiwan to facilitate the delivery of parcels.

We recommend customers to download the designated real-name authentication APP "EZ WAY" via cell phone and complete the registration of personal identity information, and please make sure to fill in your Chinese namewhen placing an order, so as to facilitate the Customs' subsequent customs clearance operations for real-name authentication.

Please note that if the recipient is an individual after placing an order from Taiwan, the courier service provider will follow the relevant regulations of Taiwan Customs and may request the recipient to provide the recipient 's tax identification number (i.e. ID number ) so that the courier service provider can complete the customs clearance and delivery smoothly.

Steps for Real Name Authentication

1. Download the authentication APP "EZ WAY" designated by the Department of Customs and Excise.

2. Click Member Registration: After opening the APP agreement, go to the homepage and select "Member Registration".

3. Telecommunication authentication: The cell phone number is owned by me, fill in the cell phone number, ID card number and name on EZ Way APP, select "Yes" for "The ID card number entered is the same as the applicant of the mobile phone number", enter the account number (self-defined), password (self-defined) and e-mail address, confirm that the cell phone is in a 4G or 3G mobile network (non-wifi environment), and the information will be sent to the telecommunication service provider to confirm the identity. The registration will be completed when the audit is completed. 4.

4. SMS authentication: Non-handset number owners, prepaid cards or special rate plans can choose SMS authentication.
Fill in the cell phone number, ID card number and name on EZ Way APP, select "No" for "The ID card number entered is the same as the applicant of the mobile phone number", enter account number (self-set), password (self-set) and e-mail address, upload the front and back photo of the ID card (a clear photo), and after the image verification is confirmed, a SMS verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number you want to register, and then you can enter the verification code into the field of the code. Enter the verification code in the verification code field, and registration will be completed upon completion of verification (about 3 working days).

5. EZ Way APP is developed by GuanTrade Network Company. If there are any system problems related to real-name authentication during the operation process, such as SMS authentication cannot be received, or the program is abnormally unresponsive, please contact the customer service staff of GuanTrade Network Company Limited.

Note for Taiwan orders:

  • When we receive an order to Taiwan and confirm that it can be shipped, our customer service will remind you to register with ELECTRONIC COMMITTEE in Line or by email in order to receive the goods successfully.
  • Please note that if the courier fails to obtain the customer's EPS information, the order will be returned to us, and we will not be responsible for any delay or loss of the order during the return process.
  • If the order is returned to the warehouse for reshipment, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges incurred.
