Jewelry maintenance service

1. To use the warranty service, customers must either be a WHITE ON member or present a valid proof of purchase. If no proof of purchase can be provided, or if the item was not purchased from our store, we reserve the right to refuse the warranty service.

2. All WHITE ON jewelry pieces are covered by a 180-day warranty service. This service covers clasp loosening, chain breakage, and the detachment of zirconia or natural stones only. (Loss of natural stones or accessories is not covered under the warranty and will be subject to additional charges.)

3. The warranty service does not cover loss of natural stones or accessories, surface scratches or chipping, color fading under normal use, natural wear and tear, deformation of precious metals, or any damage caused by improper wearing. Such damage falls outside the scope of our warranty service, and we do not guarantee the ability to repair items with the above conditions.

4. If the warranty period has expired, a repair fee will be charged. Please contact us for a quotation.

5. Replacement of accessories is subject to the availability of spare parts. If a product has been discontinued, replacement parts may no longer be available.

6. WHITE ON jewelry is protected under registered design patents. If a customer engages any third party to perform structural modifications — including stone replacement, ring resizing, plating, or similar alterations — WHITE ON will permanently terminate all official warranty and repair services for the item in question.

7. Repair turnaround time is approximately 20 to 30 business days.

8. The 180-day warranty period commences from the date of dispatch. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Prior to using this service, customers are required to present their order record, receipt, or membership details as proof of eligibility.

9. These terms and conditions are subject to change or update from time to time. The most current version shall prevail at all times. WHITE ON reserves the right of final decision.
