Light jewelry maintenance service

1. To use the warranty service, you must be a White on member or present a valid receipt. If you fail to present proof of purchase, we have the right to refuse to provide warranty service.

2. White on light jewelry series includes 90-day maintenance service, which only covers loosening of chain buckles, broken chains, and falling off of zircons and natural stones (lost natural stones and accessories are not included in the maintenance service and require additional charges.)

4. The 90-day maintenance service does not include loss of natural stones and accessories, surface scratches and chips, discoloration due to normal use, natural wear and tear, deformation of precious metals or any damage to the jewelry caused by improper wearing. These damages are not within the scope of the maintenance service and we are unable to repair jewelry with the above problems.

5. If the warranty period is exceeded, we will charge a repair fee. Please contact us for a quote on the actual price.

6. White on's warranty and repair services do not include products that are not purchased from our store, have signs of attempted repairs, have their styles changed by ourselves, or are used negligently or improperly. We refuse to provide warranty services.

7. If light jewellery requires replacement parts, repairs can only be carried out if spare parts are still available (if the product is discontinued, it cannot be provided).

8. The warranty service is valid for 90 days from the date of order placement. Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping fee. Before using this service, you must show us your order record, receipt or membership information as proof.

9. These Terms of Service may be modified or updated from time to time, and the latest version at that time shall prevail. White on reserves the right of final decision.
