Jewelry maintenance service

1. To access our maintenance services, customers must be a registered White on member or present a valid proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline service without valid documentation.

2. All White on fine jewellery pieces are covered by a 90-day warranty, 
which includes clasp loosening, chain breakage, and the detachment of natural stones. Please note that lost natural stones and accessories are not covered under this warranty and will be subject 
to additional charges.

4. The 90-day warranty does not cover lost natural stones or accessories, surface scratches or chips, colour fading under normal wear, natural patina and wear, precious metal deformation, or any damage resulting from improper use or handling. These are considered outside the scope of our warranty, and we are unable to carry out repairs for such cases.

5. Repair requests submitted after the warranty period will be subject 
to a service fee. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

6. White on's maintenance and repair services are not available for items purchased outside of White on, pieces showing signs of prior repair attempts, items altered from their original design, or damage resulting from negligence or misuse.

7. Replacement of components for fine jewellery pieces is subject to 
parts availability. Repairs cannot be guaranteed for discontinued products.

8. Repair services require approximately 20–30 business days.

9. The 90-day warranty period begins from the date of dispatch. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Prior to submitting a service request, please provide your order record, receipt, or member account as proof of purchase.

10. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version shall prevail at all times. White on reserves the right of final decision in all matters.
