Beaded Jewelry Maintenance Service

1. To access our repair and maintenance services, customers must be a registered White on member or present a valid proof of purchase. 
We reserve the right to decline service without valid documentation.

2. All WHITE ON elastic cord beaded bracelets include one complimentary re-stringing and metal hardware cleaning within one year of purchase.

3. Maintenance services are not applicable to lobster clasp beaded styles. This service does not cover design or size modifications (adding or removing beads), or the replacement of crystals and precious metal components. Additional charges apply for any alterations, and we reserve the right to decline repair requests accordingly.

4. Repair and maintenance services are not available for items purchased outside of WHITE ON, or pieces that have been altered from their original design.

5. Complimentary maintenance is exclusively available for orders placed through our official website or in-store. Orders from third-party platforms are not eligible.

6. Replacement or repair of lost components will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

7. The complimentary maintenance period is valid for one year from the date of dispatch. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Prior to submitting a service request, please provide your order record, receipt, or member account as proof of purchase.

8. After the one-year maintenance period, re-stringing and metal hardware cleaning is available at HK$70 per service (re-stringing HK$30 + cleaning HK$40).

9. Replacement of jewellery wire for lobster clasp beaded styles is HK$120. Replacement of jewellery wire for double-loop beaded bracelets is HK$250.

10. Repair services for beaded jewellery require approximately 10–14 business days.

11. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version shall prevail at all times. White on reserves the right of final decision in all matters.
